We’re looking for a **hands-on, experienced Café Manager** to help lead our brand-new café in **Raby** If you’ve got a passion for great coffee, fresh food, and creating a welcoming environment, this is your chance to take charge and grow something special.

About the Role:
As Café Manager, you’ll be the heart of our daily operations. You’ll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly - from managing staff and stock to making sure our customers leave with a smile.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven **experience in managing a café or similar hospitality venue**:

- A **positive attitude** and strong leadership skills
- Barista experience and confidence in food service
- Ability to manage rosters, stock, and daily operations
- A hands-on manager who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $53,168.40 - $78,904.80 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
