WPP is reinventing creativity on an ever-broader canvas, bringing together unrivalled talent, resources and skills to provide an integrated offer of communications, experience, commerce and technology for clients.** **WPP IT is undergoing a significant transformation to modernise ways of working, shift to cloud and micro-service-based architectures, drive automation, digitise colleague and client experiences and deliver insight from WPP's petabytes of data** **WPP have selected Workday as their innovative HCM, Finance & PSA (Professional Services Automation) system of choice to meet changing demands and roles will be instrumental in rolling out and servicing one of the most exciting Workday programmes for a global business right now.** LI-Remote LI-Hybrid **Visit our LinkedIn page to see what we're up to** **What you'll be doing**: - Reporting to the HCM Training Lead, support the Training workstream of the WPP Workday Program - Facilitate and Deliver training sessions for Workday HCM deployment - Develop and manage the Instructional design and eLearning collateral supporting the Workday HCM deployment - Management and coordination of training updates, OpCo specific tailoring and schedules - Collaborate with Training Lead to develop a targeted training strategy and approach across deployments to different Operating Companies - Team with other trainers to execute the training tasks for the workstream in a timely manner, identify and escalate roadblocks, and liaise with the Training Lead on workstream milestones, dependencies, and risks - Collaborate with Training Coordinator(s) in training logistics activities - Continuously identify opportunities of improving the training workstream, training plan and approach - Create a culture of trust, collaboration, communication, and respect Strategy & Content Creation - Provide input to the Training Lead for developing a targeted training strategy and approach across deployments to different Operating Companies and different stakeholders - Work with Training Lead and System Integrator (SI) counterparts to assess WPPs training needs and provide input / ensure feedback is reflected in the training plan, approach, content, and schedule - Develop and update learning content based on the training plan, solution changes (e.g., new design requirements, Workday rollouts) and offline business processes related to the Workday process - Develop the training schedule to address business needs for flexibility, session options, and business deliverables (e.g., financial close). Review with the Business to verify alignment - Understand business / operational readiness metrics of the training program Mobilization - Collaborate with Training Coordinator in training logistics execution (e.g., attendance tracking, finalize training schedule, etc.) - Assess data staging strategy and requirements and set up the process required to stage data needed for training. Work with Kainos to determine roles / responsibilities and manage the data staging process for a successful delivery - Work with Training Coordinator, SI, and Training Lead to plan troubleshooting process or workarounds (e.g., end user access to training tenant) - Continuously practice in the solution to understand the context, configuration, common mistakes / troubleshooting required, scenarios, etc. Delivery - Lead training sessions on assigned topics based on defined training approach. Set up workspace as needed to seamlessly deliver a potential virtual training program; flexibility to travel for in-person sessions if required - Assist other trainers as a "producer" for sessions they are instructing (e.g., moderate and answer questions, document parking lot items, assist end users in tenant practice, troubleshoot when necessary) - Engage in daily stand-up meetings to plan for the day, escalate roadblocks, and resolve challenges - Collaborate with Training Coordinator to record attendance, knowledge test results, communicate feedback of engagement, and follow up with end users as needed Ongoing - Engage in weekly governance meetings with Training Lead to ensure timeliness of tasks to manage trai
