Wagtail walkers is an award winning company founded in 2010. Our purpose is to provide personalized, professional services for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. Over the years, our services have expanded to provide regularly weekly walks, one off walks and all forms of pet care services. We need responsible, reliable and committed pack walkers to continue to provide the highest level of care to our clients

**Tasks & responsibilities**:
The ability to work independently in a physically demanding role
Excellent communication skills in-person, via text and using the company pet sitting App
Proven experience handling dogs and confidence with all breeds, sizes and social reactivity.
A strong level of common sense and ability to assess and react to ensure the safety of our clients.

Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
Confident in navigating traffic and managing time to meet clients appointments.

**Qualifications & experience**

Previous dog walking experience preferred however training can be provided.
Skills or qualifications in basic dog training and behaviour highly regarded.
Must have ( or be willing to obtain ) and ABN, current police check and public liability insurance.
Must have a reliable & safe vehicle to transport dogs in your care if need be
