- Works directly with young people and their carers to enhance service engagement and experience
- Collaborates with other staff and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver appropriate supports
- Utilises a ‘lived experience’ perspective to support young people on their personal recovery journey
- Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Islander
- A demonstrated understanding of mental health systems and recovery-orientated practice models
- Passion and ability to positively promote mental health recovery
- A willingness to engage in further education and training related to the provision of peer support
