ELC ROOM LEADER (Child Care Worker)

About us:
CHOYCES Early Learning Centre is a not-for-profit Early Learning Centre currently located in Lakes Rd Greenfields for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. We require a suitably qualified room leader to work with our team and nurture our children and families.

This is an outstanding opportunity for you to show your passion for early childhood.

It is essential that you are a team player and have strong communication skills with a high level of integrity, compassion, and belief in providing quality early childhood education. You must be highly dedicated to the children and families that depend on us.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

- Must have experience working within a childcare centre, and have a Diploma level certificate or be able to obtain one
- Value a collaborative, team approach
- Able to establish positive educator/parent relationships
- Ensure that Choyces’ philosophy, policies and procedures are upheld and
- implemented
- Friendly, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to achieve educational standards of excellence
- A drive to be innovative, ethical, and inclusive
- Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, NQF, NQS, State and Commonwealth Regulations
- A current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance and First Aid Certificate including Anaphylaxis & Asthma

Annual salary will be between $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
