Unique opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health and Safety professional to make an impact on small employers in Victoria and join a growing multidisciplinary Victorian health and workplace wellness team.

As an Occupational Health & Safety Consultant you will play a pivotal role improving workplace safety and injury prevention, legislative understanding and developing OH&S and risk management strategies for small employers.

For the right person this role is available part-time or full-time.
**Job Description** How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives**
- Undertaking field visits to employers to complete occupational health and safety assessments
- Complete consultations with Directors, Health and Safety Representatives and other employees
- Develop Safety Actions Plans
- Providing ongoing support to small employers to ensure actions are being implemented
- Undertake community outreach to engage with small employers to participate in our service

**Qualifications** What you’ll bring to the role**
- OH&S and/or Occupational Rehabilitation professional
- Current registration with relevant body, or qualification for OH&S or Allied Health
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Victoria in either OH&S or Occupational Rehab
- Desirable experience in OH&S Industry standards, practices, processes, management systems and technologies
