The Resales Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting homeowners through the resale journey of their GemLife home. This role combines sales expertise with client relationship management to provide a seamless, professional, and personalised experience for both sellers and buyers within GemLife’s premium lifestyle resorts.

GemLife is expanding again and are looking for a further Resale Specialist to join our Gem Realty department. No real estate license is required, just a great level of customer service and a true passion for the industry. As it is working up and down the Sunshine Coast from Bribie to Pacific Paradise, you could be based anywhere within those areas.

**The Role**

**We are seeking a friendly, upbeat and experienced Resale Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role will be to service our Moreton Bay, Bribie and Sunshine Coast Resorts supporting Homeowners through their resale journey. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to them. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to Homeowners, who have requested that their property is to be marketed as for sale and will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction in their "for sale" journey with us at GemLife.**

Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools, you are also an organised person with proven communication and client relationship skills. You have a passion for making the customer experience second to none and always approach your role in a positive and helpful manner.

The GemHub Resale Specialist role will include, but not limited to the following;
- Manage all resale leads
- Book appointments with Resort Managers and prospective resale clients
- Manage and book photography for any new listings
- Educate homeowners on the available resale services
- Provide concierge type service to the new resale customers
- CRM updates and management of leads to opportunities.
- Weekly report to resale client (homeowner) - number of leads, enquiry, inspections etc
- Respond to client enquiries and provide resort information.
- Assist clients with booking site tours of the resorts.
- Resolve client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our database.
- Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and effective customer service.

You will have the following experience and attributes.
- Knowledge of real estate administration and knowledge of the listing sites or something similar would be a plus
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
