**Job Description**:
As a Retail Assistant in Sephora you are our **Beauty Advisors**; You are fundamental to the store team by _inspiring _and _helping _our customers become the best version of themselves. At Sephora you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments from _beauty_, _skincare_, _haircare_, and _wellness_. You will be equipped with field trainers for your initial **onboarding training** and have access to our **unique online learning platform **for continuous learning throughout your journey with Sephora.
