Join a dynamic, fun, and purpose-driven organisation as a Talent Specialist on a permanent full-time basis, where you’ll have the opportunity to partner with our National Operations Team and support recruitment for leadership roles across our services. **Your day-to-day**

As a **T**alent Speciali**st**, you’ll be part of a team of engaging, collaborative, and trusted talent partners. Our company culture is vibrant, fun, and welcoming—but most importantly, it’s truly rewarding Your days will be varied but some of the duties are:

- Full function management of a portfolio and conducting recruitment activities to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
- Coach and guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process to ensure skill, culture, and organisational fit when hiring.
- Use sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK premium talent search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Creating advertising strategies aligned with our employment brand and competencies.

**About You**
- Proven experience within the recruitment industry, preferably in an internal recruitment role
- Qualifications in HR or Business Management disciplines are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Hold or be willing to obtain your working with children check.
- Strong stakeholder management and proven business partnering ability.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
- Adaptable, flexible, and resilient workmanship with a solution-focused mindset.
- You ideally would have experience with Page Up or a similar ATS system.
- Experience with Talent sourcing attraction strategies and utilisation of LinkedIn recruiter.
