**The Role**
- The position of Control Designer requires a dynamic individual that has the technical knowledge and experience to ensure the effective design and functionality (for install, testing and commissioning) of EI&C equipment. This position will see you attend to the design and implementation of site automation equipment across various industries. You will complete various tasks including but not limited to:

- **Programming codes**:

- **Schematic diagrams and general arrangement drawings**:

- **Panel layout and block diagrams**:

- **Termination drawings and field termination sheets**:

- **Cale schedules**:

- **BOM list**:

- **Shop floor drawings**:

- **Issuing manufacturing documents pack for production**

**About You**
- You will show a high amount of initiative and proactiveness in the approach to your work and be reliable to work at an autonomous level. Other key skills and competencies include:

- **Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering - higher qualifications looked upon favourably**:

- **Experience with robotics and machine design in SolidEdge and/or 3D CAD**:

- **Background in automation or manufacturing**:

- **Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills**:

- **Excellent fault-finding skills and an innovative mindset to problem solving**:

- **Excellent communication skills - written and verbal essential**:

- **Work to and meet deadlines within a fast pace environment**:

- **High-level people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels**
