We're looking for a few passionate and friendly **Retail Sales Assistants**to join our team We are a charming boutique that offers a curated collection of children's clothing, toys, and unique homewares. If you love helping customers find the perfect item, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and have a knack for organization, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Help customers find what they're looking for, offer product recommendations, and share your knowledge about our items.
- **Sales**: Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet store targets. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- **Merchandising**: Maintain the visual appeal of the store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the shop floor tidy and presentable.
- **Store Operations**: Assist with opening and closing procedures, manage inventory, and handle new stock deliveries.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with team members to create a supportive and efficient work environment.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a genuine love for helping people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for children's products and/or homewares is a plus
