Salary: $25-$40 per hour, based on experience About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced gardener to join our team.

If you love working outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities: Perform lawn mowing, edging, weed control, planting, pruning, and general garden upkeep. Handle garden makeovers, light landscaping projects, and equipment operation.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure safe work practices.

Keep accurate records of time and work through our CRM.

Communicate professionally with clients and members of the public. Requirements:
Proven experience in gardening or landscaping with strong plant and gardening knowledge.

Ability to work independently or in a team, with excellent time management skills. Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects.

Valid driver's license (manual) and current First Aid certification. Upon accepting a job offer, the applicant must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Police Check. Benefits: Competitive salary. Flexible working hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.96 - $41.02 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
