**About the role**

As a Purchasing Officer at MEGAFIX, you will play a crucial role in our procurement processes and ensure the smooth flow of supplies to support our projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Incoming calls & order entry
- Efficient execution of daily purchase requisitions
- Gold item purchasing and management
- Supplier management
- Sourcing at the best possible pricing and keeping current with developments within the supply chain
- Overseas sourcing and purchasing as directed
- Working with the warehouse to ensure every order goes out on time and delays are communicated to customer service
- Customer-focused in ensuring all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Administration Duties as directed
- Adhoc tasks and duties as reasonably requested by MEGAFIX Executive, Management or Personnel

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in procurement and a keen eye for detail. We are seeking an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Understanding the impact of inventory levels and control and being prepared to handle large numbers of SKUs
- Demonstrate initiative; yet be able to follow instructions and procedures.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
