We are seeking a **Patient Engagement & Marketing Coordinator** to join our dental practice and play a key role in growing and maintaining our patient base. This role is ideal for a **marketing student** looking for hands-on experience in patient communication and healthcare marketing.

This individual will be responsible for reactivating past patients, implementing retention strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and managing content to enhance patient engagement and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Retention Strategies**: Develop and implement programs to improve patient satisfaction, encourage return visits, and reduce attrition.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing initiatives, including promotions, referral programs, and community engagement activities.
- **Communication & Follow-ups**: Maintain consistent communication with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and special offers.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on the success of marketing efforts, patient reactivation, and retention programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in marketing, patient relations, or customer service (preferably in healthcare or dental industries).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Creative thinker with experience in content creation and social media management.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset for measuring campaign effectiveness.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $61,772.49 per year

Expected hours: 15 per week
