We're a bustling Italian café in the heart of Melbourne, known for our authentic espresso, fresh pastries, and warm hospitality. Inspired by the cafés of Rome and Milan, we pride ourselves on serving great coffee with genuine Italian flair.

**The Role**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Prepare high-quality espresso and coffee beverages
- Maintain clean and organized coffee and service stations
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile
- Assist with opening/closing duties
- Support the team during busy periods

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
- Solid knowledge of coffee machines and grinders
- A genuine love for coffee and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
