**What You Will Be Doing**

Two exciting opportunities await to join the friendly and dynamic Social Work Department at Peninsula Health as a Grade 2 Social Worker.

A rare, permanent and full time opportunity exists to join the Social Work Team at The Mornington Centre, a purpose built Geriatric Evaluation & Management facility. The Grade 2 Social Worker will be an integral member of a skilled multi-disciplinary team and will primarily work on Flinders Ward. The Grade 2 Social Worker will demonstrate skills and knowledge relevant to respectfully working with people living with dementia, and their carers.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- You will need to hold a Bachelor Degree or Qualifying Masters in Social Work and a minimum of two years of relevant work experience post graduation. Post graduate studies are highly regarded and may be eligible for a higher education allowance.
- As a multi-site organisation you may be required to work across sites. You will have access to our extensive pool of fleet cars and will need a Victorian Drivers licence.

- Please refer to salary circular ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021- 2026 for Salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.

This role must be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the Peninsula Health immunisation policy.
