Corio, Australia Social Exposure Full time

During our busy end of year events season, we require a customer service super star to be on the ground and be the face of our business for a Christmas photo activation. The job will involve:

- Liaising with clients & shoppers
- Operating the onsite photo booth
- Assisting shoppers to have their photo with Santa
- Troubleshooting any technical issues or difficulties onsite

We need someone who will be available to work 4 hour shifts on the 30th of November, 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th of December and then again every day from the 14th December through to the 24th December (inclusive) for 4 hour shifts. The shifts will either be 2-5pm OR 10.30-2.30pm.

Full training will be provided to the right person (paid training).

You need to have:

- Amazing customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Be able to troubleshoot with remote assistance and some basic knowledge of iPads and apps.
- Be reliable and punctual and available for ALL shifts.
- Have a professional and approachable appearance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 28 per week
