Barista/manager

We’re on the lookout for a **Manager with strong barista skills** to join our French crêperie and help lead our team.

**The Role**:

- Lead coffee service and manage day-to-day truck operations
- Supervise 1-2 staff during shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain coffee, food, and hygiene standards
- Assist with scheduling and ordering
- Responsible for basic food truck maintenance - including refilling water tanks from our nearby commercial kitchen
- Car provided for water refills and restocking runs

**About You**:

- Skilled barista with café or mobile coffee experience
- Ready for a step up into a leadership role
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong multitasker
- Passionate about quality coffee and food
- Full Australian working rights
- **Must be available at least one weekend day**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
