**Key attributes you will have**:

- Extensive knowledge and experience as a Qualified Technician and /or Master Technician working within a busy dealership workshop
- Ability to problem solve with technicians and to articulate clear and concise solutions
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must Hold an Automotive Mechanical Trade recognised in Australia
- Must have full work rights in Australia
- Hold a Manual Driver’s License

**Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include;**
- Ensure communication between the service counter and technicians
- Allocating work to technicians, managing productivity & efficiency within the workshop
- On the job tracing and mentoring or workshop employees
- Ensure that Technicians work is checked off prior to leaving the workshop
- Assist with driveway diagnostics. Example, fault find on road test with customer.
- Put the Customer Experience at the centre of all activity

**To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes**:

- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
- Attention to Accuracy and a high attention to detail is a must
- Be positive individual with the ability to adapt to the ever-changing environment in a busy workshop.
- A minimum of 2 years in or a similar responsibility within a dealership workshop
