**Join Us as an HSEQ Specialist - Drive Safety Excellence at Eagle Farm**

**Your role and responsibilities**

**The work model for the role is**: Onsite

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the integration and ongoing compliance with ISO standards related to Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality by facilitating risk assessments, ensuring preventive measures are in place, and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Report HSEQ incidents, assist in investigations, and share lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across the organization.
- Assist line managers and supervisors in understanding and fulfilling their HSEQ responsibilities in line with local laws and corporate requirements, while supporting the implementation of group-wide HSEQ programs.
- Contribute to HSEQ related projects, track progress against KPIs and objectives, and ensure the availability and effective use of HSE tools and equipment.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree in HSE
- 5+ years’ HSEQ experience in engineering/workshop environments
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ tools, investigation methods, and relevant legislation
- Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
- Proven ability to build positive safety culture and manage psychosocial risks
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment and ISO Lead Auditor qualification (desirable)
- Trained in Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordination
