**What you’ll do**:

- Create & Deliver Unforgettable Experiences - Design innovative programs that keep kids engaged, excited, and eager to return.
- Drive Growth & Fun - Develop and execute dynamic program roadmaps that fuel both adventure and success.
- Bring Bold Ideas to Life - Partner with operations, marketing, and finance to turn big ideas into impactful, must-attend experiences.
- Level Up with Data & Feedback - Continuously analyze, refine, and enhance programs for maximum fun and engagement.
- Align with National Events & Excursions - Ensure seamless integration of incursions, excursions, and special events into our programs.
- Prioritize Safety & Wow Factor - Build experiences that are not only risk-proof but also unforgettable.
- Innovate Smartly - Find clever ways to expand, optimize, and save costs while keeping quality at its peak.
- Supercharge Holiday HQ - Review, refine, and evolve our flagship product every quarter to ensure it remains top-tier, profitable, and aligned with JAG’s strategy.
