About the opportunity:
Sage, is seeking a highly experienced and enthusiastic Centre Manager to join the team.

The role includes:

- Managing and opening a brand new 90-place early education centre from Monday to Friday.
- Overseeing all aspects of the centre, including daily routines, staffing, ratios, policies, regulations, compliance, rostering, and staff management.
- Reporting to approved providers.
- Ensuring the centre is providing the highest quality of care at all times.
- Empowering and motivating a team of fantastic Educators.
- Creating and maintaining parent and family relationships.

To be considered, you will have:

- Bachelor of Education Early Childhood or Diploma in Children’s Services.
- Confidence in all aspects of communication with families and Educators.
- Experience in managing a larger centre 80+

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
