Flight Clerk

Wymap People have an exciting opportunity to become part of a dedicated team of professionals within the Aviation industry as a flight clerk located in Matraville.

**Main accountabilities**
- Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery
- Maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving customer complaints.
- Carry out various administrative and reporting duties
- Ensure adherence to airline procedures including customs, quarantine, and airport requirements.
- Complete all documentation, administration and system input relating to Exports and Imports.
- Perform dangerous goods inspections.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.

**About you**:

- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions.
- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
- High level attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- A positive, can-do attitude.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.57 - $36.38 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Matraville, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
