**About the role**

Lismore Community & Allied Health are seeking an Assistant in Nursing to join their Transitional Aged Care Program to provide direct care to patients in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including assisting with patient care interventions as directed and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required.
