Hcs Supervisor

Downer Rail & Transit Systems has an exciting opportunity for a HCS Supervisor to join our team in VIC - Pakenham

As a HCS Supervisor you will be part of an iconic project and work with a high performing team. You will provide technical & fault-finding support for High-Capacity Signalling (HCS) Retrofit, along with Static and Dynamic Testing Scope on HCMT fleet. The role also includes configuration management, work order closing and report writing as required. **This role is full-time fixed term contract.**

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong leadership skills with experience in and commitment to performance management including performance reviews and feedback.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365 and Software and Testing experience
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to conduct detailed investigations, provide clear and decisive results and written reports.
- Flexibility to work shift work.
- Proven fault-finding skills.
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership that strives towards the commitment to Zero Harm.
