**About Us**

Black Rubber is a leading tyre supply & service organisation focused on the provision of efficient & safe tyre management services through its national network of Black Rubber and Tyreright branded stores. We are a member of the National Tyre & Wheel Group (NTAW), Australasia’s largest tyre, wheel, and accessory wholesaler.

**Roles/responsibilities**
- Monitoring & recording the performance of Tyres supplied to customers - tread depth, wear patterns, pressure checks, etc.
- Maintain an open friendly & considerate relationship with our customers.
- Work with customers & vehicle schedules to efficiently capture all data.
- Record & report data to reporting manager.

**Skills & Experience**
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Proficient computer skills (excel)
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management, organization & attention to detail.
- Experience in the tyre industry or logistics/transport _(desirable)_.
- Knowledge about tyre products, sizes, brands, & tyre performance issues _(desirable)._
