**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced Landscape Gardener passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces? We are currently expanding our team and have opportunities for both Leading Hands and Assistants to join us. As a Leading Hand Garden Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in undertaking commercial and residential landscape maintenance works, ensuring that grounds are impeccably maintained through tasks such as ride-on mowing, brush cutting, and hedge trimming.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and working in teams of two to perform a range of landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring the meticulous care of clients' outdoor spaces.
- Undertaking property maintenance tasks within specified timeframes, including hedging, lawn mowing, weeding, gutter cleaning, and various other activitie
- Completing Job Safety Assessment sheets before servicing any properties.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve high-quality results.
- Demonstrating plant knowledge to recognize and address the needs of various plants, identify woody weeds, and address lawn weed issues.
- Utilizing garden maintenance equipment effectively, including hedges, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Maintaining open and effective communication with team members and clients.
- Providing year-round work in a stable environment based on 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Landscape maintenance knowledge, including proficiency in using brush cutters, ride-on mowers, and hedge trimmers.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Manual Driver's License and reliable transportation to the depot.
- Demonstrated reliability in previous roles.
