**About the Role**

This is the first role of its kind at CDK Stone in our flagship Alexandria showroom. You will add incredible value through:

- Ensuring a five-star experience from the moment the clients’ car pulls up outside the brand-new, custom designed showroom. Leading the customer to their seats, confirming a coffee order, and making it, you will be in charge of creating first impressions.
- Keeping track of appointments and visits for the day and week ahead, checking for any special requests or requirements of clients including accessibility, coffee orders, bottles of water, safety vests, ordering Uber Premium for clients where needed etc.
- Keeping the showroom looking immaculate, restocking brochures, cleaning, and tidying samples.
- Helping your colleagues in the showroom by completing any data entry, product orders and general sales support tasks.
- Being available to take customers through the showroom when required

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful here, we would love you to bring:

- Experience in concierge, reception, customer service or guest services
