Founded in 2014, Timber Building Systems (TBS) has quickly established itself as a market leader in the manufacture of high-quality prefabricated timber building systems for multi-storey, commercial and residential construction.

Proudly Australian owned, we integrate our revolutionary patented connection system into engineered panels that feature a continuous post-tensioning system.

The TBS Team comes from a diverse mix of industry backgrounds, including automotive engineers, structural engineers, lean manufacturing experts and production workers some who have worked with advanced manufacturing methods in the past and others who have been trained up in these by the team here.

**The Position**

Joining as the newest members of our Production Crew, you will be working on the manufacture and assembly of walls, floors, roofs and facades for new residential and commercial buildings. All the manufacturing is done in the factory by you and the team so that everything is ready to go for the Install Team onsite who put the building together in a matter of days FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

You may not have done this work before, but if you tick these boxes, we know with training and support, you’ll be great
- Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment [or similar] where a high level of attention to detail and quality work was essential;
- The willingness to be trained and learn on the job - working with hand tools and powered hand tools [e.g. nail guns, drills, impact guns, hammers, chisels etc.]
- A solid work history [you’ve shown a good long-term commitment to jobs in the past];
- Work is important to you - you’ve got financial goals and commitments and the bills to pay;
- You like work that keeps you physically active and on the go; and,
- You have the TBS energies - Teamwork, Concern for Others, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Persistence, Stress Tolerance & Self Control.
