Our client, a prominent digital marketing agency, is seeking a **Digital Lead** to join their Brisbane team. This senior leadership role is focused on driving growth through strategic digital marketing efforts, optimizing performance-based campaigns, and leading a talented team of specialists across multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies across paid, socials and organic, aligning them with broader business goals to boost customer acquisition and revenue.
- **Campaign Optimization**: Oversee the execution and continuous refinement of digital campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- **Data Analysis**: Establish KPIs, create detailed performance reports, and use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns.
- **Budget Management**: Manage digital budgets to maximize ROI and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEM, social media, display, and programmatic.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Experience managing large budgets in fast-paced environments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- eCommerce or direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
- Familiarity with MarTech stacks, CRM systems, and certifications in platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads.
