An opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Admin Assistant based on our farm in Deloraine.

Our vision is to be a 'must visit' destination where interactive and genuine guest experiences increase awareness of, knowledge about, and access to, truffles.

Our mission is to share first hand the story of truffles and the industry being established in Australia, with guests from all over the world.
- Hours for this position can vary from season to season. (estimate 8 - 15 hours per week)
- Full training will be provided, with potential for growth into other roles.
- Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, with above award rates. (estimate rate $25/hour - $35/hour)

**Qualifications**:

- Driving licence (essential)
- High School completion (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Strong digital literacy/Microsoft suite (essential)
- Event/tourism/hospitality/CRM experience (highly regarded)
- Customer service/retail experience (preferred)

**Availability**:

- Must be available weekdays and (sometimes) weekends
- Must be available during peak holiday seasons
- Must have the right to work in Australia

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage booking enquiries and facilitate through CRM/Online booking platform Rezdy
- Assist with day to day operational requirements on farm

**Training**:

- On-the-job training provided
- Pathways to develop other roles may be offered to individuals who possess aptitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week
