We're looking for a passionate, determined, ‘guest experience’ focused talent to join our Retail Team in the role of **Store Manager**. The purpose of this role is to coach and inspire our team to deliver a world class guest experience every time.

Motivating your team to inspire and empower our guests to live their best life everyday
- Coach and develop the team to provide a world class guest experience and achieve set KPIs
- Create a positive and fun workplace for your team and embrace our Above and Beyond philosophy
- Execute visual merchandising plans ensuring brand consistency and sales opportunities are leveraged
- Manage rosters effectively within payroll budget
- Ensure operational excellence is maintained in store, including stock management
- Uphold WHS standards
- think safe, act safe, keep others safe
- Recruit a high performing and engaged team
