**About the Role**:
**As the Deputy Principal you will**:

- Improve the educational outcomes of all students in your school, especially First Nations students;
- Develop the quality of teaching and learning with a focus on the learner and the learning environment;
- Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.

The Deputy Principal will oversee the implementation of Positive Behaviour for Learning, enhance the existing House culture system and the primary transition program.
