We’re on the hunt for a **motivated Site Supervisor** to join our fun and energetic team in **Melbourne**, helping lead our crew as they capture incredible photos, smash sales targets and provide excellent customer service at one of Australia’s most iconic attractions. Could this be you?

- You’ll be the **right hand to the Site Manager**, helping to lead, support, and motivate a team that captures incredible photos and sells photos to guests.
- You have **amazing people skills** and love creating unforgettable experiences for visitors from all over the world. Plus, you’re also comfortable coaching and nurturing your staff to help them grow and improve.
- You’re **sales-driven** - you can inspire your team to hit (and smash) targets while having fun along the way.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Legal **right to work in Australia -**We are open and excited to hear from citizens, permanent residents, and those on temporary working holiday visas.
- **Experience leading a team**(Minimum 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role)
- A **bubbly, outgoing personality** and energetic work ethic
- **Seriously good sales skills** (experience a bonus, but not essential)
- Previous experience in **retail, tourism, or customer service**:

- Enjoyment of working toward and exceeding **targets and KPIs**:

- A **well-groomed, professional appearance**:

- **Full availability** on weekends, public holidays, and during school holidays
- **Photography skills or interest** (training provided)
- The ability to **speak multiple languages** is an advantage
