About the opportunity- To provide care to residents in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies and procedures of Mercy Health.- To provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.- To work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information required for ACFI assessment and classification.- Participation in the quality process.- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers.

- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current NDIS Clearance Check- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.- A valid Australian work visa.
