**Key Responsibilities**
- Coaching & Development: Mentor the team to sharpen their skills and improve the customer experience.
- Drive Performance: Organize, schedule, and motivate your team to hit those targets
- Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge on initiatives that wow our customers and nail first-call resolutions.
- Empowerment & Autonomy: Foster a culture where everyone owns their customer interactions from start to finish

**About You**

You’re an **experienced Sales/Retention Leader **with a flair for exceeding KPIs and building a collaborative team culture.
- **Management Experience**: Minimum of a few years (health insurance industry desirable)
- **Sales Savvy**: Proven success in smashing targets
- **Remote Leadership**: Skilled at managing and motivating remote teams
- **Adaptability**: Agile with change and quick problem-solving abilities
- **Adaptable & Agile**: Quick on your feet and ready for any challenge
