**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**Crop Care**:

- Manage the cultivation of our mushrooms, greens, and other crops.
- Monitor crops to ensure their health and quality.
- Plan and record the planting, harvesting, packing, and distribution cycles.

**Daily Operations**:

- Plan tasks according to the season and the needs of the farm.
- Maintain and operate farming tools and machinery.
- Follow best practices to ensure safety and eco-friendliness.

**Communication**:

- Regularly update key stakeholders about farm progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and the community.

**Requirements**:

- A hands-on approach and love for farming.
- Ability to adapt and innovate.
- Strong communication skills

Working Holiday Visa are welcome to apply

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
