**The Company**

Our client is a proud world leading agtech company, home grown in Central Queensland. Trailblazers in autonomous farming machinery they have units deployed throughout Australia in this rapidly expanding market. They have a passion to empower farmers to utilise new technology customised to their local farming needs to drive productivity and profitability.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the Senior Sales Manager, this role is critical in the development of market opportunities to support the growth of the business. Based in Toowoomba the key territory includes the Darling and Western Downs, Central and Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales with opportunities to travel further afield at times. The role will be varied including on-farm visits, leading field days and demonstrations, attending industry events and raising the product profile as well as managing incoming enquiries.

**The Person**
- An aptitude for sales, demonstrated customer service or sales experience, particularly in agriculture will be highly regarded
- Significant experience on-farm and liaising directly with Australian farmers is essential
- Strong administrative skills preferably including database experience
- Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- A passion and interest in AgTech and the role is can play in farming systems
- Mechanical skills and/or tech skills will be highly regarded
