Are you passionate about construction and eager to advance your career in sales?

As a Territory Account Manager within Aptella’s Civil team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the ACT and Southern NSW region. Working closely with the broader Civil Sales and Support teams, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that position Aptella as the partner of choice for civil construction businesses. Your focus will be on promoting our cutting-edge machine control, positioning, and construction technology solutions to contractors, surveyors, and infrastructure projects—while building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You’ll identify new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of key accounts, and provide tailored advice to ensure clients get the most value from our technologies. At the same time, you’ll collaborate internally with Product Specialists, Support Technicians, and our Service Centre team to deliver seamless customer experiences—from pre-sales consultation through to implementation and ongoing support.

Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve revenue targets, strengthen customer loyalty, and contribute to a high-performing, engaged sales culture. This is a full-time position based in Canberra, reporting to the Civil Sales Manager, and offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of construction technology in the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and nurture meaningful relationships with customers.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and inquiries.
- Work towards exceeding personal and regional sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals to clients.
- Plan and execute proactive sales activities.
- Participate in industry events and conferences.
- Generate leads through proactive initiatives.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in the Construction Industry
- Previous Sales Experience Highly Regarded.
- Familiarity with Machine Systems, Weighing, GPS, and Laser System Products is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in sales conversion.
- Interest in technology is highly regarded.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
