**CONSTANT is currently recruiting for positions to support a major client in the safety and security of their staff and stores.**

**_If you have experience in crowd control, excellent conflict management skills, good presence and an ability to deal with a variety of situations, then there is a good chance you are exactly what we need. _**

These positions will support the store team in identifying and preventing theft and unacceptable behaviour and will require a proactive and motivated officer.
- **Retail Security Officer,** with Permanent positions based in the following locations:

- **Bayswater** 18:00-22:00 Wed-Sun
- The rates for this role is as followed (**_Mon-Fri Day-$26.22 Mon-Fri Night - $31.91 Sat
- $39.33 Sun
- $52.44 P/H $65.55_**)

**Duties include**:

- High visibility presence at entrances, registers
- Engaging with customers in a positive and friendly manner
- Liaising with store management and team members
- Assisting staff with difficult customers
- Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, or Mental Health indicators.
- Random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures)
- Assist with emergency management
- Completing incidents reports as required

**We are looking for officers who can demonstrate the following**:

- Have presence and be comfortable projecting authority
- High level communication skills
- The ability to deal with the public in a patient matter
- Customer centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability

**Applicants are required to possess the following**:

- Valid Security Officer Licence
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- Drivers Licence
