**Your New Role**

The Mobile App Product Owner is part of our Service Channels Team, which drives the strategy, roadmaps, requirement definition, and management of all digital channels, including Contact Centre, Messaging, Bots, Website, Portals, App, and Agent Tools.

As the Mobile App Product Owner, you will oversee the Fund's primary self-serve digital channel, responsible for gathering and prioritising feature requirements, engaging with business teams and customers to understand their needs, analysing market trends, and identifying business opportunities to shape a strong product vision.

Collaborating closely with other Product Owners and cross-functional teams, you will execute on the roadmap and deliver an exceptional self-service digital experience to our 3M+ members. You will also define and monitor key business and user engagement metrics to assess the success and impact of the Mobile App.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Develop / evolve the Mobile App vision & strategy consistent with Fund and Member Experience digital-first business strategy that ensures the Mobile App is a leader in the superannuation industry for member self-service.
- Create and maintain a rolling 12-month product feature plan that balances Fund product and service, channel feature and product lifecycle needs based on providing features that members value.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for Mobile App epics and features so that they are clearly understood by internal delivery teams / partners.
- Work with internal delivery teams / partners to ensure that they are designing / developing features for members consistent with user stories and UX design.
- Maintain visibility of ongoing product performance, member feedback (eg. Voice of Customer) and Total Cost of Ownership, incorporating relevant changes / features / fixes into product backlog.
- Act as an ambassador for the Mobile App internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the channel and changes related to strategic and major projects.
- Assist in the creation of content for direct communication to members, external presentations and website production supporting the effective promotion and use of the Mobile App.

**What You’ll Need**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management and delivery across various digital products.
- Proven track record of managing native iOS and Android mobile products as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile digital environment, particularly in driving large-scale deliveries in B2C markets.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage customer insights to create tailored, innovative, and differentiated products and solutions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with excellent presentation capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and research skills, with keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of business impact.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization to drive product development and growth.
- An understanding of digital content management, AI/chatbots, identity and data privacy, messaging, and digital advice tools, and their role in creating outstanding mobile app experiences.
- Experience developing and presenting business cases/justifications to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, having led small teams in an agile delivery environment.
