**The Company**

Our client is a high growth, infrastructure and engineering business with a strong brand presence within Australia. We are seeking a Financial Business Partner to support operations and act as the conduit between operational stakeholders and the group finance function. You will be surrounded by an experienced team where you will learn from the best, further develop your skills, and gain invaluable experience.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Finance Lead for the Division, you will provide a broad range of functions and provide assistance to the leadership group where required. By partnering with a range of different internal/external stakeholders, you will manage expectations, improve communication lines and ensure a high quality of accounting and analysis work.

Duties include;
- Day-to-day management, preparation and delivery of monthly results, budgets, forecasts, performance analysis, working capital and achievement of cash flow targets.
- Working closely with a range of stakeholders to help achieve financial targets, manage costs, and increase financial literacy.
- Undertake and manage annual budget process for your business unit.
- Partnering with the General Managers (GM) to produce monthly reforecasts as well as tracking Risks & Opportunities (R&O).
- Weekly reporting to budget/forecast including variance analysis
- Key driver of the business plan/strategy which then drive the annual budget
- Advise on financial and technical issues with corporate stakeholders.
- Leverage business systems to provide clear insights and provide commentary on key trends.

**Your Profile**

You will be a passionate and motivated accounting professional with a growth mindset and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

With a minimum 5 years' relevant experience, you will be a CA/CPA or equivalent with the ability to effectively utilised Excel and other tools to deliver high quality, relevant and value adding analysis.
