Tennis Instructor

**About the role**:
Tennis for Kids is seeking casual Tennis Instructors to join their team in delivering engaging tennis coaching to children across Brisbane primary schools.

We offer flexible tennis coaching shifts on weekdays, with options from 7am-8:30am and 3pm-5pm. You'll have the freedom to choose your hours based on your availability, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week. We aim to match you to primary schools close to your home to make your schedule as convenient as possible.

Depending on your level of availability and preference you can choose your hours (preferably a minimum of 5 hours per week) to deliver tennis coaching at a primary school close to home. Comprehensive training is provided to our coaches who do not have prior tennis coaching experience to ensure that you are confident in your coaching ability before independently coaching. Whether you're new to tennis coaching or an experienced coach, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident and prepared.

**About you**:
Successful applicants do not need prior tennis coaching experience but must have some tennis playing background. Essential qualities include a passion for promoting tennis, a love for working with children, excellent communication skills, and reliability. Your own reliable car to get you and your equipment to each school location is also necessary and you must be willing to obtain a Blue Card if you do not have one already.

The pay rate is $30-$50 per hour depending upon qualifications and experience. Performance based term bonuses are also available. Coaches enjoy autonomy in their roles, and all necessary equipment is provided by Tennis For Kids.
