**Position Description**

These roles require you to pack products to specifications, notify machine issues and raise production problems with the Leading Hand. You will be expected to promote the company's OH&S Policy. And also promote the QA Policy and ensure all procedures are in place and followed at all times.

We have afternoon and night shift roles available.

This role is based in Chirnside Park, Victoria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote the adherence to OH&S procedures;
- To pack product as per the products Quality plan;
- Inspect and test when required and performed correctly and records maintained;
- Ensure counting scales are checked at the beginning of shift and when there is a change of material;
- Use correct labels and place onto bags/cartons in the correct position;
- Ensure pallets are stretch wrapped tightly and there is no overhang;
- All documentation is correctly filled out and information is accurate;
- Ensure material supply to machines is maintained at all times;
- Inspect work area making sure it is all clean and safe when starting and finishing shift;
- Assist in the training and coaching of new packing personnel;
- Follow and carry out any work related duties and instructions by Leading Hand, Supervisor or Manager; and
- Attend and participate daily start of shift meeting and monthly toolbox meetings.
