Jolly Kids Early Learning Centre (Merrylands) is a 73 place service looking for a Group Leader Educator to join our team.
This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.
- Excellent English skills
- The right to work in Australia
- Diploma Certificate (ACECQA Recognised qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Team management skills
- Strong time management skills
- Understanding of Child Protection and Child Safe Standards
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Child Protection Certificate
- Food Handlers Certificate
**Responsibilities include**:
- Preparing and organising materials and equipment for educational and recreational activities.
- Planning and facilitating engaging activities that support children’s learning, development, and enjoyment.
- Supervising children throughout daily routines, maintaining a structured, safe, and supportive environment.
- Encouraging positive social interactions and guide children's behaviour in a respectful and nurturing manner.
- Engaging children through storytelling, reading, and interactive games to foster creativity and language development.
- Promoting healthy habits by overseeing children’s hygiene practices and reinforcing well-being routines.
- Ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience during recreational activities through active supervision.

Pay: $73,500.00 per year
