**Toddler Room Leader role**

As a room leader at Only About Children Buderim, you will work as part of a team with the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals. You will inspire and guide a team of educators and build strong bonds with children and families.
- Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development, independence and instill a sense of agency.
- You will contribute to the program and document children's learning using Storypark as well as supporting / leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
