Reporting to the HR Director, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Management, circulation and monitoring of commissions and other remuneration including annual and quarterly bonus reviews due and payable using an external solution
- Assist with Payroll and HR activities when required
- Create, manage and maintain business unit reporting dashboards using data extracted from the payroll system on a monthly basis.
- Back up for Payroll Administrator when required
- Process documentation and process flow mapping
- Assist with upcoming Payroll projects

**To be successful in the role you will have the following**:

- Experience in a similar role
- A background in finance, accounting and/or payroll
- Ability to build relationships
- Advance skills in excel including VBA and Macros
- Exposure to system building - preferred but not essential
- Understanding new systems and how they work backend
- Demonstrated organisational & time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Exposure to the automotive industry - preferred but not essential
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
