Information Technology Officer / Application Systems / Technical Support / Level 1 & 2 / PowerShell Scripting

Hays Geelong are currently partnered with a large public sector organisation located in Colac, Victoria.
We are seeking to appoint **Information Technology Officer - Application Systems on permanent fixed term contract with potential extension.**

**Your new role**

**Key Deliverables**:

- Provide support in Project management and for endpoint devices (SCCM & MS Endpoint Manager.
- Maintain licence register for all apps administered by ICT, excluding Microsoft apps.
- Provide ICT technical support, engage in shared helpdesk duties to ensure all internal requests for ICT support and services are handled with appropriate urgency.
- Develop and maintain standard guidelines, user operating instructions, technical support procedures and related documentation.
- Other duties as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology / Computer Science / Infrastructure domain
- Exposure to configuration and deployment management systems (such as SCCM, Intune, MDM)
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft 365 and corporate software suites.
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
