**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop commercial strategies to drive growth in the recycled plastics and raw materials sector.
- Manage international trade operations, ensuring compliance with global regulations and optimizing logistics for both import and export processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging and existing markets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business goals and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations, from supply chain management to customer service.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Advanced Diploma in Business and Marketing (a strong plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the plastics, raw materials, or recycling industries.
- Proven expertise in international trade, business development, and market expansion.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Understanding of sustainability and recycling practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
