Head Barista

Mr. Mat cafe on busy Carlisle street, Balaclava is looking for a head barista.

We require you to have the following
- Pride in your work
- 2/3years experience in serving specialty coffee
- Strong latte art
- Able to work on weekends
- Setting and adjusting grinder and machine settings
- Fabulous and friendly manner with customers and co-workers
- Ability to handle busy and fast paced periods in a calm manner

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Balaclava, VIC 3183: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
